Why does uninfected Aqua Pura kill water beggars?
I was looking up the Water Beggar in front of Megaton on the wiki and I read this: "Micky will die if given Aqua Pura, infected with FEV or not."

Why does uninfected Aqua Pura kill water Beggars? At that point it might as well be purified water.

That is because they will sell the Aqua Pura and spend the caps on Nova.
