Are Talon Company Mercs weird in anyone else's save?

They keep spawning all with the exact same model (hair, face),
And they either shout "HA, There you are!" Or "RETREAT"

I just thought it was strange

The talon mercs, like all unnamed NPCs are produced from a limited number of face templates, and unlike the raiders they all wear the same uniform. So it is not surprising if you get several copies of the same one.

Yeah I thought it was strange that they all looked the same!

That's a bug. Are you using body mods? (i.e. Breezes bodies, Type 3, etc.)

That's a bug. Are you using body mods? (i.e. Breezes bodies, Type 3, etc.)

I know it's a bug, also I don't really feel like using mods, I worked real hard to get the game to run without crashing every 10 seconds and I honestly don't feel to go through the trouble of installing them.
