Did I lock myself out of the Rescue from Paradise Falls quest?
I got into Little Lamplight by having the Child at Heart perk. Does this mean McCready won't give me the quest to rescue the slave children?

They're not cannibals, they eat cave moss and pre-war goods. While one of them buys strangemeat, it's for use as fertilizer rather than to directly eat.

Even if you don’t get the quest from Macready I believe you can get the quest from one of the children inside.

I spoke to a slave child in Paradise Falls and got the quest. Once I had it I killed every slaver in the settlement and set the slaves free.
