No Fallout 3.ini File windows 10 issue 2020

so this is annoying as everyone knows fallout 3 is a pain in the a55 to get running on windows 10 in 2020 so I've made several posts people have tried helping but unfortunately I'm missing the fallout.ini file with all the information in it.

So I assume your game doesn't launch at all therefore it can't create the .ini file. If you have Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch installed and the game still doesn't launch, try using the separate GFWL disabler that is linked in the pinned thread. Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch should disable GFWL but for some reason it didn't for me, so I used the disabler and the game launched.

well i clearly need to post multiple threads because nobody seems to give a ♥♥♥♥ about this issue and i know there are other people like me that would like to play fallout 3 on there pc but cannot because of this issue

P.S. if it does work, on the pre load up menu you need to go to data file and enable the dlc manually.

Uninstall OneDrive.

what does uninstalling one drive do ?

It gets rid of the retarded management of the Documents folder called OneDrive. Might be your issue if the game doesn't have an access to the folder therefore can't create necessary initialization files.

There probably are no other "tricks" that people haven't suggested in all of these threads you created. Just follow the guide in the pinned thread THOROUGHLY. The game should launch after disabling GFWL. From there you can work on fixing bugs and perfrormance issues.
