Report a translation problem
It is not a big work as he already made the animations it would only take 1 or 2 hours to apply them to fallout 3 weapons. There are fewer weapons and except 2 added by the dlcs they are all already in Fallout NV.
The only problem is there are far too many mods adding custom weapons, and as usual players will throw tantrum and complain if one of their custom weapon doesn't have it' own custom animation.
