These are all the mods I had when I played fo3 in 2018 and the ones i use now
if you really want to go to those places, then try and avoid those spots, because mainly, it is one area that crashes your game. if it is an enclosed space, then hug the wall and crouch to move away from the area
that is the only thing i can think of if what i suggested doesn't work
of course, if you dont wanna do that then you could look up a guide online or find more forum post of people with the same problem
originally I had the problem where I would load into the game and when I try to start a new game, it would crash
but I got a new graphics card and tried it again, so maybe thats whats up
i guess you can email a dev or game support to find a patch for this or something to fix, but I cant do much else
I accidentally put alternate start 2 times in the list, oops. I looked in the mod order and the .esm files are on top
