Fallout 3 Crashing after a few minutes of playing

excuse me as the title implies fallout 3 crashes after a few minutes of playing. Now I am playing this on windows 10, so it would make sense to contribute it to obviously not being compatible. The weird thing is that I played fallout 3 on the computer I had before this new one and it was windows 10, even the specs where not far off.
I have tried several common fixes before including "busethreadedai multicore fix" "the unofficial patch" "HD core bypass" and "the 4gb patch" non of which worked. If anyone has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate any response. thanks for your help :)

My current specs

CPU-Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700 CPU @ 3.20GHz

Memory-32 GB

GPU-NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070

My last pc specs (from what I remember. if I get the chance I will change them once I have the time to check old specs, sorry I can get pretty busy)

If you have FOSE try putting NVAC in its plugins folder.

umm sorry but whath are 'FOSE' and 'NVAC' and were to get them?

If you have Fallout: New Vegas clean install both and install Tale of two Wastelands, runs way better than 3 vanilla

FOSE is a script extender. You can get it at https://fose.silverlock.org/
It adds several new instructions to the script system but it also auto disable Games for windows

NVAC is New vegas anti crash. I never used it

I have used fallout script extender and stutter remover before I will try NVAC in it's place. I think tale of 2 wastelands will have to be a last restort as I would really prefer to have 2 se0parate games but thank you all for the help

Yea good point /i like to play not fixing games / tanks for the help , have fun.
