Hardcore/Survival Mode equivalent for FO3??

Hi, im coming from directors cut, very hard, hardcore New Vegas. and before that Modded Survival fallout 4. Are there any mods for 3 that do similar features to this. Im goin to run thru the game virgin once and then load up mods for a harder and prettier run second. thnx

I know this thread is very old but I saw that you hadn't gotten a response so I found one it's basically a port of NV hardcore so you I thought you might like it.

I know this post is a year old, but in case anyone else comes looking for something similar. Here is a mod that is a near exact replica of the New Vegas Hardcore mode. The above does something similar, but also adds a lot of extra fluff. This mod is literally just the hardcore mode. No more, no less.

Just going to bump this since these mods are more recent, hence somewhat buried on the nexus and add another suggestion: Simple Realism. It's more of a light overhaul and it works with "Fallout 3 hardcore mode" (there's a patch), which is the closest you will get to FO4's Survival mode and FNV's Jsawyer mod, and a much better alternative to FWE.
