fallout 3 broken steel error

Help me.
I have game of the year edition. Just finished main quest. but there is problem. i press 216 in purification station and was revived in citadel after 2 weeks. But main quest does not end in pipboy. so i use console command and by

CompleteAllObjectives 00014e91

i finish main quest. quest looks finished but he is still lighted as active, not grayed as inactive in pipboy.
does not help, scribe rothchild still thing that he must control robot. He is staying near console and does not speak with me.
So i use another command and with

setstage 02000802 20

start dead from above. But when i go near Rockland Car Tunnel, i just explode. A can take side quest bfrom scribe Bigsley, but main quest is locked for me.

interesting that setstage 03000802 20 does not work, i must use 02000802. I just spend about 3 hour of looking on internet and trying, but without result :0(

the whole broken steel dlc is... broken, my quest line is broke when i collected the satelite data but it was pointless because rothchild never wanted to talk to me anymore.

i "finished" the dlc with console commands and cheated through the entire metro and airfield map.

i try setstage 00014e91 70 and now i turn finally do gray. But still the same result. scribe rothchild does not speak

try reset scribe rothchild. try

kill
ressurect

and

disable
enable

but withought result

i finally do something. With command

setstage 00014e91 200

i correctly finished main quest. After that still Scribe Rothchild do not speak with me. And all companions stop to go with me and speak only about going into purification chamber.
BUT with console command

setstage 02000802 20

i can start Death from above AND i do not explode when go into Rockland Car Tunnel. I finally finished succesfully this quest. Of course when i go back report result to scribe rothchild, i must move quest state by setstage command.

ive no idea about console commands, but i remember having a slight problem with starting BS. it didnt last too long. I cant remember if it was because i was dooing something wrong or if it was a bug that fixed itself after a little bit of time

Second response on the linked post is what solved it for me. I have the GOTY version, but did not have all the DLC enabled. Gotta control that from the launch menu.

Heres the remaining solution till the end of the dlc .

Still Stuck..... Try this Solution as i did .
Part 2 -through the Ending .
1. ~ enableplayercontrols as mentioned before .
2. *OPTIONAL* Because she wasnt there, I spawned Sarah Lyons with ~player.placeatme 0001d430 (her base ID) she then walks down to join Elder/Scribe
5. ~ setstage 00014e91 60 to force quest trigger into allowing "Take it back!" quest..
(Note: Liberty Prime won't move etc) and will not proceed .
6. Now Type ~ CompleteQuest 14E8F (Quest ID of "The American Dream" which completes it leaving "Take it Back!"
6.B Now go to the Jefferson Memorial
~ Type : tgm to cross river if need be
7. At the Enclave barrier ~ tcl ( to cross through gate emitters)
8. ~tcl after going through the barrier (to turn collision back on)
9. walk to the gift shop entrance where Sarah Lyons should be waiting.
If not type ( ~player.placeatme 0001d430 )(her base ID) she then walks inside door of shop.
Next escort her to the lower chamber and decide who puts the code in .
Watch ending .....till you get stuck again .

And then Broken Steel is finally over .

There is another Glitch that follows Broken Steel .. when starting " Death From Above ".
This glitch starts after taking to Elder Lyons upon being revived from Broken Steel .
He refers you to Elder Rothchild who , once found will ask to you to view the map of the waistland .
He will tell you to stand in front of the map but the script will not sequence.

A.. Open the console and type "SetObjectiveCompleted DLC03BS1 10 1" without quotes.

This will skip the Rothchild conversation.

B. type "SetObjectiveDisplayed DLC03BS1 15 1", again without quotes.

This will give you the next quest objective.

Once you reach the destination you will have to do a console unlock on the door,

To do a console unlock do as follows ;

1. Now Type ~ unlock ( then with your mouse left click on the door till you see the door discription ( 000xxxxxxxx) then type door after ( unlock ) . The door will show as unlocked .
Then continue the game .
