There is another Glitch that follows Broken Steel .. when starting " Death From Above ".
This glitch starts after taking to Elder Lyons upon being revived from Broken Steel .
He refers you to Elder Rothchild who , once found will ask to you to view the map of the waistland .
He will tell you to stand in front of the map but the script will not sequence.

1.. Open the console and type "SetObjectiveCompleted DLC03BS1 10 1" without quotes.

This will skip the Rothchild conversation.

Next. type "SetObjectiveDisplayed DLC03BS1 15 1", again without quotes.

This will give you the next quest objective.

Once you reach the destination you will have to do a console unlock on the door, as I assume you were supposed to receive it from Rothchild but will not have it .
To do a console unlock do as follows ;
1. Now Type ~ unlock ( then with your mouse left click on the door till you see the door discription ( example - 000xxxxxxxx) then type door after ( unlock ) . The door will show as unlocked .
Then continue the game .
