walk 15 minutes in one direction and yoru bound to find whatever you are looking for
moira sells armor
kill a raider....
steal some things and have the regulators come after you for being evil - take their coat, it's pretty neat ^^
help some people and you'll have Talon come after you for being to nice - take their combat armor

talon also caries laser weapons more
regulators are more of a "cowboy" thing with .44 and repeaters

The Armoured Vault 101 Jumpsuit is good, but Combat Armour is even better. And if you snipe a Rivet City guard, their armour is slightly better then combat armour and gives you +5 Small Guns. Talon Combat Armour gives you 1% more damage resistance than the Rivet City Security Armour, but it doesn't give you the skill buff.
