FOSE ddl
So I got FOSE and have it in my Fallout3 file, however, if I try to activate it says ddl is missing, yet on looking in FOSE it's self, I see ddlmain, i'm not sure if this is the same file it's asking for, I believe I have everything and all the part's are where they must go, help me figure this out? (I got this far only thanks to the power of YouTube and Google, before this I had no idea my FOSE was even in the wrong area all together.)

OK, here are instructions from the beginning. So you go to http://fose.silverlock.org/

then download the file:

"fose_v1_2_beta2.7z"

use the 7-Zip file archive utility to extract the contents.

inside the "fose_v1_2_beta2.7z" archive is a folder called "fose_v1_2_beta2", open that

then you see a bunch of files, like this: https://i.imgur.com/sxr61Nu.png

Some aren't necessary but they won't hurt so just drag all of them to the Fallout 3 installation directory which, by default, is wherever you installed steam: Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 3 goty

Then you can launch the game using fose_loader.exe

BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE (this part is optional if you don't want to launch from Steam)

If you want to be able to launch FOSE/FO3 from within the Steam application:

Still in the FO3 installation directory, rename "FalloutLauncher.exe" to:

"FalloutLauncher-original.exe"

Then rename "fose_loader.exe" to "FalloutLauncher.exe"

Now you can launch Fallout 3 from the Steam application/Big Picture and it will launch with FOSE.

So since downloading the file and extracting it like normal didn't work, I decided to extract each and every file you showed me to the location of F3GOTY, yes in steam/steamapps/common/F3GOTY, but...I still get the same issue message:

"Couldn't find C:\ program files (x86)\steam\steamapps\common/Fallout 3 GOTY\FOSE_v1-2-beta2\fallout3ng.exe, make sure you're running this from the same folder as Fallout3.exe"

does it mean litterly the same folder, like if theres a folder A, B and C, FOSE_loder can't be in folder A, and Fallout3.exe can't be in folder C, cause if it means the need to all atleast be in Fallout 3 GOTY...it already is so, why?

No, this is wrong. Notice how you have the "FOSE_v1-2-beta2\" folder in the install path. You DON'T want that. You want to place the contents of that folder directly into C:\ program files (x86)\steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 3 GOTY\

Note that I have Steam installed to E:\Games\ and it looks like you have it installed to C:\ program files (x86)\ but otherwise your installation should look something like the files highlighted in the picture.
