Did you try validating your installed files? It's unlikely, but if the data for the interior cell was missing/corrupted it would cause this issue even with no mods.

If you havn't added the 4gb or ini fix you can try this, it normally will fix crashes. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/21888
As far as validating the files, you may want to just do a clean install. Delete the game folder and let it re-install everything fresh. But if you do that or validate, the above fix has to be done after.

Did you do a clean install, to remove any left over mod files or just validate?

So you did a clean install, and setup the 4gb patch and ini's and it crashes? What is the crash? any message? xlive error or are you using a intel graphics card?

before I gave up what fixed it for me was doing one thing only. I reinstalled the game again to erased all this files and went to my documents and edit the fallout setting that says multithreaded = 0 I changed it to 1 and I havent crashed ever since.

I found the solution here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4iuTE8-4lNU tho I didnt do everything he said. I just changed the 0 to 1. done. thanks anyway

So you just made the change then and now it hasn't crashed in the last few minutes? Give it a little more testing time to be sure, that one change does help tho.

as a few have said, changing the affinity on the cpu end to 1 might help, as the game was not designed with multi core cpus in mind.

Windows 10 fix: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/20653 Contains DLL file Ini and GFWL disabler.
Fake fullscreen alt tab: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/16001
Stutter remover: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/8886

After you applied the fixes if it keeps crashing on launcher, try deleting the FALLOUT config setting file in documents. It worked me.

If your using mods, the unoffical patch can crash it.

For clean install try disabling steam cloud and reinstall freshly.
