Looking for a regrowth or forested overhaul

Is there an overhaul (or mods) that turns the landscape into something a lot greener and hopefully forested? Also something that makes buildings less rusted?

I played the game 2 or 3 times years ago and I'd like to try something different. I have been looking in youtube, reddit etc but most overhauls seem to try to improve the textures of the standard game.

As a guide I found a video titled "Fallout 3 Flora Overhaul - Forested Edition". Now removed from nexus but I'm hoping for a little better.

(Btw I do own the game - steam and gog versions but not under this user id.)
