I have a question about GNR radio and numbers broadcast?

I have read on creepypasta about fallout 3 that if the circumstances are right, it is claimed that Three Dog (most likely a recording, as he would be dead by then) will start repeating digits from 1 to 9 in a monotonous voice, ok I tested this I killed three dog and no numbers I even waited a few days and nothing he is only replaced with a female voice there is no female npc only her voice if this is not true then a mod to replace him after he is dead would make a creepy and perfect replacr. could someone explain this?

If you kill three dog which i did on my first play through he stays on the air until you leave the area for 24 hours. Then the next time you listen to the station there is an old lady on the radio and she says funny stuff like ... "Im a just a technician why am I on the radio? Cause some @$&Hole killed our D.j." or she says "todays news, I got nothing three dogs dead thats it."

so creepypasta made that just as a joke? there was a mod for this for FONV ghost of the mojave that adds numbers broadcast with the voice of three dog after he disappeared/died but none for FO3

No idea what you're talking about, but in the vanilla game, you just get a female voice recording. No one is actually in the studio, other than the dead body of Three Dog.

If it was a real thing, it'd be documented as such on the Fallout fandom site.

Creepypastas are baloney - they're simply fun stories meant to send a chill up your spine. Most were originally posted to discussion boards like this one we're on now, where people are rather more likely to take them seriously. Finding one documented on the creepypasta fandom site is a strong indication that you shouldn't.
