Fallout 3 - Game of the Year Edition

Fallout 3 - Game of the Year Edition

Nexus mod manager won't load fallout 3...
It works for all the other games I have installed except for fallout 3, it starts loading and then just stops at a certain point every time. (I have tried to reinstall the game)

Why are you even starting the game through NMM anyway, it's not necessary. Just use the regular icon. Opening up NMM just to launch the game is only adding an extra step in the process.

That's not what I meant, I meant that the NMM won't open if I choose fallout 3 on the games list

Oh sorry, my mistake. I can't help you I'm afraid as I've never used NMM. I always install my mods manually and use LOOT and FOMM to organize them.

Like Belanos said, use Fallout Mod Manager instead.
To get NMM to open Fallout 3 you have to run it with Administrator

For the love of god, DO NOT use NMM with fallout 3. I've only ever had problems trying to get NMM to play nice with Fallout 3 and Oblivion. On the other hand, it works flawlessly with Skyrim and New Vegas.
Save yourself the headache and just use FOMM. Or OBMM if you are dealing with Oblivion.

Can I use mods from the nexus site in FOMM?

You can use them without enemy form of manager if you so choose. It's 100% a case of following the included instructions.

I'd like to add Mod Organizer to that list. Works flawlessly with Fallout 3.
