Can't Get The Pitt To Started

Here is my understanding:

Once i install The Pitt and activte the data files and start a new game I should receive a quest message and a radio beacon should activate. As far as I can tell, everything is intalled and acticated as needed. The current state of the game is that I finished the main quest and I am in the Citadel. I don't have a quest in the Pipboy and I don't have a beacon anywhere on the map. I think the beacon is in the northern portion of the map, correct? I do have mods, but they have not interfered with any of the other addons. Could it be a load order problem? If so, where should I put it on the load order?

Make sure to be outside the Citadel where you can see the river. Have to be out in the world to get new radio signals.

Thanks for the tup bu no luck.......it must be the mods. My game is modded to the max. At this point, I try a few tweaks, load order stuff, etc. but I am not sure I want to disable all the mods then give it a try. It might blow my computer up! I could try disabling, then try to access the DLC, then re-enable the mods. Quite a bit of troubleshooting, especially with Fallout 4 on my plate!

You could try to see if anything is conflicting with the the pitt with fo3edit.

I don't have much experience with that. I have already uinstalled the game. I will reinstall the base game, install the DLC, make sure the DLC is accessible, then mod. If I have problems I will investigate with F3edit. Thank you for the advice.
