Anybody have trouble getting past hte 2nd test of the young drivers test?

I hit the 3 blue apex boxes, as told by thte engineer. but when i get half way down the straight i get a tyre blowout suddenly how can i stop that

I do not see any puncture of tyre while passing the tests in F1 2013. So I have not had any problems. I saw it only in F1 2012.
In 2012 player must use flashback and back in moment before tyre was damaged.

For me it was the same as in F! 2012.

Thanks, which button is that, cause ive cerebral palsy, and only one good hand, so im trying to play the game, with only having physical access to a few buttons on joystick, so i cant use the other hand, for pressing buttons on keyboard etc

Sorry for bad English. I think it has to do that way. It's part of the test. When your tyre explodes the engineer and a big popup say you have to press the Replay button in order to bring back time and restart the race before the incident.

If you go into your settings and go to controller settings it will show you what buttons are mapped to what keys and you can change them. Just look for flashback :)

In 2012 at the blowout the screen will freeze and you will be prompted to use flashback to get to before the blowout, i'd imagine its not different in 2013.

yes so ive been told, i go onto flashback, it reverses, and it wont let me steer again, i seem to always have a tyre blowout, at about half way down the straight after the apex, i can be going 100mph, or slowing down to 30 mph, to try and get away from it but no.

My dad said he saw a review in the sun saying, you can over ride the young testers thing, and have a career, but i can only see challenge thing.

When the tyre blow out happens you have to use the flashback, making sure you 'flashback' before the puncture happens.

During the flashback you select the point in which you wish to return. Once you've done that you should pass through the test :)

When you do the flashback are you pressing the button to put the car back on the track (and you regain control over it) ?

F1 2013 (PC) Young Drivers Test: Second Test; Hairpin; Punctured tyre; if using a Windows 360 Controller; press Back button; rewind before puncture; press the X (blue) button; should appear bottom right of the screen. Hope this helps.
