Check to see your not using all your gfx memory on your graphics card.
Any gfx overclock program will be fine to check memory usage.
I'm only using around 200MB Vram when idle. On another note, when i put the game in windowed mode, the frame drops seemed to stop. Albeit with the performance hit i'd expect from running Aero and only 1 GPU. When i switched back to full screen mode, it defaulted back to 120htz (I had it set to 60) and was running smooth as anything....
Maybe it's an issue with Vsync or SLI :/

Hmm i just fired up Grid 2 to test my card and got a solid 60fps on max settings with 16xQCAA, so it's not my card. I'm guessing it's an SLI issue if your using a single 670 with no issues. I'll disable SLI for now and try again
Yes single GTX670 (2GB VRAM), all system components at stock clock rate. Newest NVIDIA Drivers (331.58 WHQL). But the older drivers are functional too (benchmark).
Thanks for your help bro. I disabled SLI and the game is running fine now, maxed out
