You cant play with someone online that doesn't have the same mods as you.

Yes, if you want to play online you will need reinstal the game but offline it's fine. :)

You can do all that you want, but you can't play online if other players don't have the same mods. Do a backup of game foldier so you don't have to download and reinstall everytime!
