Love his work, and hopefully this release will allow a new audience to experience his "trippy", but addictive, games.
I wish I didn't have to wait until 2024 for it, though.
How much will it cost? And how much will the price be in other countries?
Mad respect for doubling down & committing to the documentary format for these. I really just want to applaud ya for refusing to be halfway about telling Jeff Minter's story. I genuinely cannot think of a more qualified team for him to be working with on this sorta thing than yours.
Anyway. This is my new most anticipated game. Thanks for taking this one on.
I'm looking forward to Gridrunner Remastered. Having played Digital Eclipse's Invasion of the Buffet Snatchers and Candy Creeps I would love to see a reimagined by Digital Eclipse title as well.
Yes -- as it does in Atari 50, this version of Tempest 2000 completes Jeff's partial attempt at adding analog support to the original Jaguar cart. You can use a mouse or spinner with it. It was something our engineers were very happy to figure out how to finish up on Jeff's behalf!
This will also feature the 60fps mode, which is optional and can be toggled on or off by the user. That was not originally planned, that was just something our engineers realized they could add. :)
There are currently no DLC plans.
Don't have that information yet. I think I'll find out when we're a bit closer to release.
Yes. Works fine with a modern Xbox controller here at my desk!
It's coming in 2024, but no specific release date or price are available just yet. Look for that info in the new year.
As somebody who tried (and still tries, once a year) to 100% TxK I wanna know somethin' - will this interactive documentary gonna have achivments? If so, anythin' for hardcore folk?
