GAME IS STUCK AT 30 FPS, ANY FIX?

i love the game but the use of modern hardware seems to lost as my game seems to be locked at 30 fps no matter what i do, any fix would be greatly appreciated! thank you in advance!

It's not you. The actual gameplay is hard locked at 30 frames.

Which is dumb, considering it is 60 frames in the menu and apparently in multiplayer as well (if you can get that working).

we haven't found a way. If you play online the frames are unlocked but it still feels weird because the latency from online. There is like a list of console commands people have posted and it shows how to change the values in the files but i have not figured it out i've messed with my fov though.

i dont know why, but i launched the game today and this ♥♥♥♥ is eating 100% of my gpu on main menu, WTF
