No, it's not.

As for OP's question, I don't think multiplayer was revived yet, seems like it's too few people playing it to warrant adding MP back right now. There seems to be MP code, but I don't know how good it is.

Regarding survival, the game technically has one ("Play the game" mode, "Just build" being creative), but good luck surviving.

It is very much alive! Multiplayer doesn't work well in Survival but that will be fixed in the next version.
