Can't Access Paradise Lost DLC

So I originally bought the DLC when it first came out, but hearing that there was major issues at launch, I never attempted playing it. After forgetting about it for a month, I decided to go play it. Upon starting up Postal 2, I see that I can't find it anywhere. Steam says I have it installed, I have access to the new features and can see the new achievements, but I can't find anything to click on to play it.

I went into the Steam Apps folder and tried the Postal 2 launcher. It showed the main game and the MP, but no Paradise Lost. I continued to look in the Apps folder and see the DLC is installed, as I can see the "Paradise Lost" folder. I went through the files and found the .exe file. I booted it up and the DLC works! I can play the DLC, but there are problems. Playing from this .exe everything has reset (settings, save files, workshop content, etc.) and Steam does not see it. Since Steam doesn't see me playing "Postal 2", I can't collect achievements and game time. This really upsets me cause I want the achievements. If I go back to the normal game everything is fine, it's only when I play Paradise Lost like this that this causes issues.

Does anyone know how to fix this? I've deleted all game data and re-downloaded. I've completed the main game TWICE again, I've checked every menu and can't find anything.

Launch steam on your pc [not the browser], go to Library > Games > Postal 2 > Click Play > A window should pop up > select Paradise Lost

@gimmiedemo - First off I do use Steam and not the browser version. Second, I have done that, but the only options I get are
POSTAL 2 COMPLETE

Would it be possible for you to send me a screenshot of how your screen looks after selecting:

Library > Games > Postal 2

So that I have an idea how it differs from mine and what might be the cause/solution for the problem?

Well upon doing what you wanted... Windows 8 crashed on me hard... Steam is re-downloading Postal 2 for some reason...

My apologies, I can assure you it wasn't my intention.

Once Postal 2 is downloaded, click the blue play button at the top of the screen and let me know if you still have only two game modes to chose from instead of three ok?
