Lag while shooting

My PC can run the game (of course) but the FPS drops to around 10 when I shot. There is some way to fix that?

Windows 10

Weird why you drop so low, I get some small stutter when rapid firing, or when shots come from several locations, i.e, a firefight with several npc's. I have the game graphically maxed with every option, performance tab aswell. I wonder if it's a windows 10 issue, have you tried using windows 7 or 8 compatibility mode for it? Other than that I would say play around with some the graphics options, maybe crank down the decals. For reference my pc specs are totally disimiliar, AMD FX 8350
8gb ram
PowerColor PCS+ R9 290
Windows 7 x64 Ultimate

Could you please try this and report back?

Edit config file:
Go to ..\POSTAL2Complete\System and edit Postal2.ini with a text editor.
Find a section [D3DDrv.D3DRenderDevice].
Under it you'll find ReduceMouseLag=True.
Change it to ReduceMouseLag=False

I did that yesterday but it was still lagging, so I tried to ignore the lag and keep playing. I noticed that was lagging while shooting only inside the bank (on monday). On the others parts of the game I was shooting without any problem.

dont like bumping threads but i had this issue as well. did you end up getting it fixed? i'm particularly talking about the area on monday at the bank when the police start rushing in

I had to complete the bank on monday with lag, but on the other days is fine. I didnt find a way to fix that, I just ignored the lag.

We will definitely look into it, as I remember having problems with the bank myself. Thanks for the heads up.
