secret(?) area, dont know how to enter it.

ok so i found a possible secret area next to the mall in the parking lot next to it, when outside there is a wire fence with some good ♥♥♥♥ behind it, i cant see any visible entrances and i really want the hazmat suit that spawned inside it, it actually might open on a certain day but i'm not sure, please help me :P

You need to shoot the middle part of the gate. It will open slightly after you shoot it.
