i give up on trying to play this

I already have a post in support, but i don't think this game will ever run fine for me, a good gaming laptop can't play good old games, which is sad because old games are my favorite. Ah, i guess just invest into a desktop then, and hope for the best

Sorry, not sure what to tell ya. :(

You could always try reverting the game to 5021 and see if that improves the performance. Right click on POSTAL 2 in your Steam library -> Properties -> Betas -> 5021.

Is it because of my graphics card? I have a gtx 1070, I remember seeing a post for recommended in game settings. But I don't remember where I found it

Gtx 1070 is really much overkill for this game. it isnt take more than 20% of its power, because of old game engine, but it should works very well and shouldnt be any problems with game. Try open Postal2.ini in System folder of Postal2Complete, find option "Reducemouselag" and set this useless option to false. It will really boost your fps and reduce input lag.

tried that, its still running like crap, i even put all settings on minimum. heres how the game plays.
