No food items or Money remain after being arrested

So recently when i have been trying to take a shortcut into the police station to get the police uniform easier i've noticed that when i got caught i didn't keep any of my money or healing items i don't know if this is intentional or not.

Yeah, that's intentional. You can go to the Evidence Room, that's where all of your "lost" items will be kept.

I may have phrased it incorrectly what i meant is that the food items nor money can be found in the Evidence Room after being arrested.

hello,

that's odd. all your money and health items DO respawn in the evidence room, as any other item in the game. no exception. that is the whole content of the evidence room

Alas that's not the case my save may be glitched out i have no idea.

maybe, but that's still weird. try to verify integrity of game files - https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2037-QEUH-3335 - maybe there is something wrong with your map version? if you use any workshop addons, try unsubscribe from them too

It very well might depend on what "shortcut" you were taking, it could've glitched the game.

But when I intentionally let myself get arrested, all of my stuff is in the evidence room.

Yeah, that's really weird :/ Hopefully it was just a one-off

Sooo i've played around a bit and figured out these few things 1: Getting arrested by any Police (at least in my game) completely removes both of my health items and money from the game completely 2: Manually entering the Police Station and not getting arrested lets you keep your items Which i mainly don't like doing as i rather be arrested at least on the start of the day and get a shortcut to the Police Station and get the Uniform etc.
