problem with Postal 2

I can't use Cheats anymore, I played the full game on average and the cheats were unlocked. After some time, the cheats menu was gone without any reason (I don't use mods or something like that). I played the full game on Hestonworld again and the cheats were unlocked again, and now, after some time, there is no cheat menu again.

I was looking for a solution and there is a "sissy" mode (wtf), but when I try to open it (doesn't matter if I press Shift and @ or Shift and ~ or any key) nothing happens.

Please help

You first have to open the console with a tilde key, but if that doesn't work, try the 'apostrophe key', you can see it highlighter right next to Enter in this screenshot: https://gyazo.com/13cb09521f26acf433ca4625bb1d083d

After you type in sissy in the console, 'cheat mode' will be activated, and you'll just need to enter any cheats you want into the console.

Also, to prevent this from happening again, make sure you have Steam Cloud enabled for Postal 2.

And dear RWS Team, can you help with another problem too? My game is crashing again and here is the bug report:

An error has occurred. If you continually get the same error, try loading a different save file, submit a bug report, and/or check the Support Forums for assistance.

And the cheat window is not opening when I press the buttons, maybe because I have a german keyboard, but I already pressed every key combination and nothing happens. Is there any option to get the "Cheat" option when I'm in the pause menu? I think this is way better
