Can't see main menu or map

Well today i wanted to play Postal II so i started a game and i saw bugged menu without background and txt wasnt like disappearing. I didnt care about that tho so i started a new game and i saw theres no map, i can like run and do stuff but on invisible map. I can't play like that, help me :z

Right click on Postal 2 in your Steam Library, go to 'Properties' -> 'Local Files' and 'Verify integrity of game cache'.

Already did, downloaded 2 files and nothing really happened.

If that didn't fix it then you'll need to reinstall the game, I'm afraid.
