[Guide] Installation of AWP mod and tracking playtime on steam
Hi. I was looking for a way to track AWP mod play time in steam and i found a way to do this.

1.First you need to download AWP 1.3:
http://www.resurrection-studios.net/Postal2Shared/TotalConversions/AWP/AWP-1.3.zip
2. Once you finished downloading install it to: /steam/steamapps/common/Postal2Complete/ApocalypseWeekend
3. After installing go to steam and click right mouse button on Postal 2 Complete icon then click Properties and click on "set launch options".
4. Copy and paste this code:
"-ini=Postal2AW7.ini" (without quotes)
and click OK.
5. Start Postal 2 Complete and click Apocalypse Weekend (Base Postal 2 is working normal).
6. Now steam track your playtime even if you are playing AWP.

If you done everything AWP mod should work and also steam can track your playtime!

P.S. If you want to play normal Apocalypse Weekend just remove the startup commands.

If you don't know how to install just wait for the new update, it will be AWP mod in it and this guide is just a method before the new update!

Is there something different you have to do on a Mac? Absolutely nothing I've tried will launch AWP and I've tried at least 8 different tutorials.
I got it to work but without tracking playtime on my laptop which is a PC. However I was wondering if AWP 1.3 file will work for the Mac version which I also have.
I'm not sure if it's just my setup, but following the directions here does not work on my Linux box. The intro screen has all the characters as blank models, once started all the surfaces are flat, there's a car shaped hole in space and it crashes after the loading screen after the map/objective screen. May just be my setup though, so there's at least a chance it'll work for someone else if they try. It does however work on my Windows installation as described.

Exact same thing here but on Mac. Don't have a solution but wanting to at least bump it; really really wanna play this mod, it's so much fun. I have a PC as well, and it works on there but it crashes a lot.
theres got to be some sort of crash patch. anyone know of one?
Im having a slight issue with this. On start up it says

Failed to enter AW7_startup.♥♥♥: Can't find file for package 'MaDModsAnims'

History: UGameEngine::Init <- InitEngine

Really not sure what to do ^^;

Hey i need help...i installed the mod but i got an error message saying something with this missing file "awpeoplestatic" and i think i has something to do with the fact that there were files overrun...

Did every step multiple times and still only boots Apocalypse Weekend.
Edit: Deleting the Startup prompt stated in this guide "-ini=Postal2AWP.ini" fixed the issue

Playing AW on Insane-o and the game break down every 10 minutes and say
