I have yet to actually figure out what triggers the "one for for...." sequence to start. Massive killing spress trigger it often.

It's random. Nothing really triggers it, I've had it pop up twice within like 5 minutes of each other.

I've only had it happen after killing a BUNCH of people...at random intervals.

Then again, anyone who has played the AWP mod in Fudge Pack I'm is sure well aware of how amazingly stable that thing is when you start blowing body parts all over the place. Four of my gamesaves are listed as "Unknown" dates.
