Reference the Jim Carrey movie Ace Ventura - Pet Detective (1994).
A major plot point in the movie is when Ace discovers that Lois Einhorn is actually Ray Finkle, a Kicker for the Miami Dolphins that wants to kill Quarterback Dan Marino for facing the laces of the football towards Finkle (Laces In) rather than away from him (Laces Out) for what should've been a game-winning field goal.

- reference to US senator Joe Lieberman, who is infamous for his tirades against violent video games in the 1990's such as Doom, Mortal Kombat, and the rather false accusation of Night Trap. There are various other references to Lieberman throughout the game as well.

The picture for the achievement is also a reference to the George Orwell novel "1984", where a reccuring propaganda poster reads 'Big Brother is Watching You" with the face of the society's leader in the middle, in this case it's Lieberman.

- Reference of a meme of sorts which spawned from bootleg merchandise of the Calvin & Hobbes comic strip. Window stickers of Calvin urinating on numerous kinds of logos or objects are very commonplace. The particuar object he's peeing on is Postal III, a source-engine Postal sequel that even RWS hated, mainly since it was mostly the work of a Russian developer and not them.

- Reference to a Muslim/Islamic principle that faithful followers of the religion will recieve a harem of voluptious virgins from Allah when they die and ascend to the afterlife. The radical followers of this very religion are what make up terrorist groups such as the Taliban, whose members you would have to suicide-bomb to get the achievement.
