Where can i find catnip and Health Pipes?

So, i'm going for the achievement "Fear and Loathing" which requires you to smoke over 10 Health Pipes and 10 tins of catnip in one play session.

However, i don't have enough money to buy Health Pipes so i'd be really thankful if someone would tell me where can i find both items

There are few places where those items regenerate after going through transition zone. Actually, accumulating 10 health pipes in playthrough is easy, especially on lower difficulty levels (you can collect them any way you want, just use in one play session). But if it's problem for you - there are several places where those items regenerate. For one, during Friday, two cans of catnip will spawn on top of arcade/♥♥♥♥ asian building in home area. You can get here via cables & poles. Then just go to another area and come back to collect another pair of catnip tins, till you have 10.

Thank you, i'll try that place for the catnip. Do you know by any chance how much do Health Pipes cost? I agree with you that they're easier to find than Catnip

If I'm not mistaken, there is at least one of regenerating pipes in area with Lucky Ganesh. It's either behind Lucky Ganesh building or above the tunnel (again, both areas are accessible via poles and cables).

You can find catnip on the side of the night club And you can find Health Pipes in the evidence room of the police station and some lockers.

You can get infinite health pipes by going to the drug dealer / mall, waiting for people to buy them, then mugging them for it.
