You might find VorpX to be handy for this one. I've gotten some older games to work with my Quest 2, but not enough for it to be my main tool for it. Before you jump up and down with joy, do know in advance that it'll be glitchy, crash more often, and it won't be roomscale nor have motion controls, it'll be like attaching a (laggy) screen and a mouse to your face essentially, if it even does work. I think the oldest game I got working with it out of the box was Grand Theft Auto IV.

It's possible to add VR support not at an engine level.

Exactly, I was trying to say it's easier to remake Postal 2 in Garry's Mod and do that in VR than remake this game for VR.
