Am I missing something about the kicking people in the balls achievement?

I thought kicking people in the balls for the Rafibomb achievement would be as simple as... well, crouching and kicking NPCs in the balls. But they don't react any differently to kicks there, and the counter doesn't seem to go up. I've beaten the game twice now and I only have 5/30 nut shots, and I'm not even sure how I got those 5. Help?

the hit box is very precise (Read Small) & finicky... kinda like Jumpkicking people in the head for the Chuck Norris Achievement. You'll know if you nailed them right because they collapse holding their balls.

Also you can keep kicking the same person over and over again until you get the achievement, it doesnt have to be 30 seperate bystanders.

just crouch and kick one person directly in the balls if you do it right they cant run away while you do it
