Only if RWS remakes Postal 2 some day. The current engine this game runs on is just too old.

It won’t.
RWS is banned on both platforms, they had made a Postal 1 to those platforms, but got banned in the process. RWS is now selling the Android apk file for a mere 1$ at loss on their website.
Also, have you tried to think a bit how bad it would play ? The mid ’10 smartphone port craze is over, nowadays, game streaming is a far better way to play fully fledged games on those.
