I compelet the game twice once on postal difficulty once for speedrun didn't notice any of them

Just ouside the toilet shop is one. I dont know if there is more. Its just a dude behind a wooden table out on the street. I think he apeared afer i talked to the toilet shop dude.

hey I hope this is the last question I am asking about that I have 1500 bucks but the TP casher says I need more money when I only need to pay 900?

Same thing happened to me. Either he is coded to never accept the money, or is bugged due to some reasons.

okay... this is how I bought the TP I talk to the counter and he told me to sell cat so I did 3 times then I went to other places finished other 2 missions and come back I if you stand on the counter when facing the cashier move to the very left side and crouch you can get through the fence grab the papper once you have to paper get out through the fence and talk to him again he will sell you...

Go to the Trainyard - he's always there amongst the other vendors.

I found 3 Cats4Cash so far:

1. Near Wipe House
2. Trainyard. There are lots of kiosks there, one of them is Cash4Cats. WARNING! If you kill or steal from any of the kisosk vendors, all vendors will become hostile. If you kill Cash4Cats vendor, he will NOT respawn.
3. The mall. There are two parts of the mall, one with animal control and one with funland. Cash4Cats kiosk is in the part with funland.

Can anyone give good directions to the one in the Mall?
I got fired upon outside the TP store and either wound up accidentally killing the vendor or scaring him away.
Went to the trainyard but did not see anyone at the kiosk.
Now i'm in the mall trying to find the kiosk :\
