Wanted for no reason

I got wanted for no reason many times. First time on monday, i was just walking around and saw a protestor, who, obviously, attacks me. there were cops close by, so i didnt want to get a wanted level, so i decided to go to them so they would just shoot the protestor, however, I just got wanted for no reason, even though I was the one getting attacked. The second time, on tuesday,I was getting the petition signed and got wanted. The third time, im on my way to the church and get attacked, again, police blame me for GETTING attacked. Those were just 3 examples, if i had to tell EVERY time i got falsely wanted, I'm sure that no one would read this, cuz there would be too much. I'm sure this is gonna happen again, so anyone have any idea whats going on?

If you ask the same person 3 or more times to sign your petition you threaten the person. If that person is a cop, it will raise your wanted. If you are carrying a weapon and a police see you, it can cause you to get wanted. If your fly is down, it can cause you to get wanted.

Thats the thing. I asked everyone only once to sign the petition, i didnt have any guns out, and my fly was up.
