Also, Postal 2 doesn't care if you have a Dual-Core, Quad-Core or even Octa-Core. It will always use the first Core.
So why there is an option called "Force One Core" if the game is already using One Core?

Thank you, I fixed the problem with the M16 and the MP5, but it still lag when I use the double shotgun... Also, in the guide you link me, there is a section where there is write "Change the number of prerendered frames" and the first point is "Go to NVIDIA panel", the only problem is that I don't use NVIDIA, but AMD... What can I do?
Sorry, I forgot it. There it is:
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit SP 1
Processor: AMD A6-4400 APU with Radeon HD Graphics
RAM: 6,00 GB
Grapichs: AMD Radeon HD 7520G + 7670M Dual Graphics

I get an error, item doesn't exist. Your system seems powerful enough. Did you try to lower your resolution as well?
You could also make sure that the game is using your dedicated graphic card. It can sometimes happen that the game chooses the integrated one.
Not on my PC. I get lag only if I start a really massive fire, or if I set too many people on fire (and by too many I mean 10+).
It has nothing to do with how powerful the PCs are, although playing Postal 2 in Full HD on my new system is much more smoother than on the old one (my old CPU was a bit too slow). The problem is that the engine is too old. You can only do so much with, I'm sure they are trying their best, but don't expect miracles.
What do you mean when you write "I get an error"? I already tryed to set lower resolution, but it still lag...
In fact it start to lag when I burn a lot of people (usually with Napalm Launcher), not when I burn just one...
I get an error when I try to open the image you linked, Steam says that file doesn't exist. But you don't have to upload it again.
Burning a lot of people with the napalm launcher WILL cause lag like I said. There is no way to fix that. (except to not burn people, but where is the fun in that? :P)
