"I should buy a boat" is not working ?

For some reason i cant get the achievment. It is a know problem ?

Should be working (there are 5 newspapers in base game, which you should read, if I remember correctly). I hear first time about such issue.

I did a normal run, read all the newspapers in the start of the day and the last one when the appocalipse happens, yet nothing. Im going to try reading the Wednesday newspaper after recovering from the rednecks, i saw in another place that it could work
