I killed gary coleman in mall before I got his autograph, and now he isn't spawning and I can't get his autograph, what should I do now?

Get a book from anywhere. If he didn't drop one, search a book store next to the Gary's stand. Even the game's design is ironic about some people :/

tylko że problem polega na tym że odpaliłem sobie cehaty wczesniej i nie wiem czy to jakos na to wplywa, ide do tego sklepu z ksiazkami kupuje ksiazke i nic, podchodze do stosu tych ksiazek garego i tez nic

this also happend to me while i was trying to erradicate him and his fans,i reloaded my save until i got the book
