Maybe because I imagine that droopy dog character saying it.
''Wtf is ♥♥♥♥?''
''Postal 2 is better.''
''Don't play this game srysly.''
That's why Postal 3 is sucks.
Actually, many gamer says it's really bad. Not good like Postal or Postal 2. I think, Postal lovers hate Postal III?
Unresponsive controls, weapons that just flat out didn't work, bugs galore, more of the linear map movement people hated from Apocalypse Weekend, not developed by RWS for the most part, slower gameplay, not Rick Hunter as the Postal Dude, shoddy hit detection, crashed constantly, and an overall screwed up development.
Russia ruins everything
I thought Postal 3 was supposed to be like 2 but more like 1.
