Though 10 year olds should not be Online!
1. Go watch the Postal movie. With your parents. See their reaction.
2. Tell them that you want to buy the game (It's a bit harsher than the movie).
3. Offer your father the chance of trying it out if they let you buy it.
4. Buy the game. Make sure your dad is there when you do.
5. Wait until your father stops hogging the computer so that you can try playing it yourself.
Also, as some people said, if your parents let you play GTA (I wouldn't let an 11 year old play it, but that's just me...), then they certainly won't have any problems with you playing this.
If you want to really disturb your parents, download the movie called "Species 2", tell them that you watched it and that you enjoyed greatly (but don't watch it yet). Then watch it together (preferably on the TV set) with your parents.
