Unlocking Holiday menu

I checked on the wiki and it says "By beating the game on Hestonworld, POSTAL or Impossible".
But what about Insane-o?
I just personally prefer Insane-o to Hestonworld due to how bizarre and insane this game becomes, especially during scripted events, like on Day 1 Bank Robbery when robbers sometimes annihilate themselves with their own grenades :^ )
So yeah, i wante to replay the game on Insane-o, but since i haven't unlocked the menu yet, do i have to play on Hestonworld or does Insane-o also count?
