What are the best weapons I can get early?

I recall trying Postal 2 a few years back and being turned off by the starting weapons, including the pistol, shotgun and assault rifle feeling like complete ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ garbage (seriously, 2-3 close range bodyshots for the shotgun to kill one enemy, and that assault rifle just sounds absolutely awful and is also pretty weak), but I figure I'll give it another shot, just with some advice from the community. Where can I find some actually decent weapons early on?

By "a few years back", I don't know if it predates the addition of community mods weapons into the game. So, I would suggest every blade melee weapons. Other than that, maybe the sniper rifle and the AW double barrel shotgun ?

baseball bat on the rooftop of the bulding near the exit from rws bulding location, go out from rws office from the back door and procced to the burning barrel then go to the right there would be a bulfing try to go inside it's roof there will be a baseball bat witch is only avaible on monday.

in lucky ganesh if you go to the storage room there is a pallet, shoot it and it'll reveal a hole jump down it (make sure you have doggie treats first) and youll see a giant pit just jump down it and there should be a corridor filled with hellhounds go down it and you should have 10 dog treats to keep the dogs from biting you or just smoke some catnip you get from the motel, get the rpg at the end of the corridor and you are set for Tuesday. also the shotgun, pistol and AR are some of THE most important weapons in the game the pistol acts as a mini sniper since their is no damage fall off and shotgun one shots everyone in the head that isnt a cop, the ar is great for mowing down tons of gun wielding civs the rest of the guns are either ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ crazy op or bad all grenade types and everything in the 9th slot is good

If you mean base Postal 2 (Not Paradise Lost) There's a way to get the Double Barrel Sawed-off shotgun as early as even on Monday using a couple of glitches, I remember watching a video on how to get it.

The first thing to do is to break into the house right beside your trailer, there's a taser on the desk and a bulletproof vest in the closet. Across the street there's a house with guns in the bedroom.
