Jail cell with no matches

I just started playing postal 2 for the first time kinda screwing around and i let myself get arrested. I cant find anyway to get out of this jail cell so i looked online and it says use matches by the sprinkler to make the doors open hence the hint on the poster by the cell door. but i have no matches on me. just the map and the player stats sheet. What am i supposed to do? restart the entire game because i didnt make any manual saves?

I quit and replayed and was able too, see the thing was my scroll wheel wasnt even doing anything so its possible that it was a problem with my mouse. or maybe reloading the game was all i had to do. i did not press the number keys as (well i forgot they exist) but yea either mouse was messed up or game was not detecting mouse scroll and needed a restart but its all good now :)
