For 20 dollars yo ucan buy a poker chip in paradise lost. The question im asking is what does it do?

It's just a reference to the Platinum Chip from Fallout: New Vegas, it doesn't do anything.

Same goes for the book, it doesn't really do anything. Although, there is a Power-Infused Gary Autobiography but it can only be obtained (legitimately) in Apocalypse Weekend, it grants you superpowers.
