What the hell is a doink? A joint? A penis? A portmanteau of both? Trillions of words & Gorillions of euphemisms to describe ANYTHING & yet people keep making them up because they're incapable of learning what already exists.

Anyway, the Dude smokes crack every time he twists an ankle and/or breathes, and we never learned what he does at RWS, even though he gets a paycheck for his... "services". Polishing knobs, likely. See? There's a perfectly serviceable euphemism.
