Invisible dude/Ignored by the AI?
Is there a cheat that will make you invisible to NPCs?

nah i don't think so. And why would you want to be invisible in the first place, this ain't a stealth game

No, there isn't. You can freeze NPCs but not make them ignore you while they're active.

Most NPCs will not attack the Dude while wearing the police uniform without a weapon active, even during the apocalypse, unless they are scripted to attack.

Weapon can be active,just make sure you aren't bumping them.
